POP3 and IMAP are two very old way methods to connect to your email client to our email systems. Our systems do currently support both, however these old protocols will be going away in future versions of our email system. So, at this time, if you are in need of that, please contact us to create a trouble ticket or call us at 1.888.932.8749 today and we will do our best to provide support to you!
We would highly suggest that you look at our other methods of connecting to our email system, such as via Microsoft's Outlook Client or by using our Webtrix Webmail client as shown below.
Step 1. Start whatever web browser you have installed on the device you are using.
Step 2. Simply type in: https://mail.webtrix.com into the browser URL box and hit the "enter" button.
Step 3. Next, enter your Username and password and click on the "Sign In" button.
That's it! You are all done! You now will see all of your email!
